Janet La Rosa âœ§ LAc

I've been fascinated and passionate about acupuncture and its potential for healing since my early twenties. I have been a witness to how effective and powerful acupuncture is in treating the whole body affecting emotions, physical, mental and spiritual. I have helped many people get well using Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practices and techniques when traditional medicine falls short.

I began my studies at the New England School of Acupuncture in1980. It was the first and only college of acupuncture in the United States. I apprenticed under Dr. Ted Kaptchuk, OMD, founder of The Pain and Stress Relief Clinic affiliated with Harvard University. I also studied at the Shanghai Number One Hospital in Shanghai, China.

I was an early administrator and instructor at the highest ranking Traditional Chinese Medicine school in the nation: the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. I owned a successful integrative medicine clinic in New Mexico for 20 years and returned to Oregon seven years ago.

I treat adults of all ages, especially those suffering from:

  • Accident and trauma related pain

  • Sports injuries

  • Low back pain & Sciatica

  • Neck pain

  • Headaches & migraines

  • PMS & menopause

  • Immune deficiencies

  • Insomnia

  • Anxiety & Stress

Over the years I have learned a variety of modalities such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal and classic Swedish massage. I enjoy delivering a deep therapeutic massage while also allowing the clients to relax, unwind and leave feeling refreshed. It is extremely rewarding to witness a clients progress through charting and encouraging them to take part in their healing.

Sierra Nelson âœ§ LMT

Sierra Nelson LMT massage therapist

I completed my massage training at East West College of the Healing Arts in 2018. When struggling with crippling shin spints in grade and high school, I learned how effective massage could be, but hadn't considered it as a career until later in life. When exploring college options, I found an intriguing program in Lincoln, NE, where I received a Bachelor's degree in International Rescue and Relief Medicine. I began working as an EMT, focusing on emergency medicine, then got my associates degree in paramedicine.

In my massage work, I love to mix deep tissue, stretching, and cupping with a sprinkle of table Thai. My goal is to provide a relaxing experience while getting to the source of pain for effective results. I also practice Swedish and prenatal massages.

I am so excited to continue in this career and to learn so many more modalities in the future. Some of the things that keep me active and loving life are my friends, my pitbull Grandpa, crafting, traveling, spinning poi, dirt biking, softball, snowboarding, seeing live music and going to the river every chance I get.

Licensed as a massage therapist since 2008, I start every session with a curiosity about each person that I meet. My integrative understanding of somatics, body mechanics, and movement, allows us to incorporate mental and physical ease throughout the session, and the effects radiate outside of the treatment room. Massage sessions are a personalized blend of techniques, from structural integration and myofascial focus, to deep tissue and craniosacral practices. My trauma-informed approach allows for the space of nervous system regulation and postural alignments, to embrace being comfortable again in the body. The complexity of every individual is welcome in the treatment room, as we discover new and meaningful ways to bring together healing, a rebuilding of strength, and the pathway to feel the best in your body for long-term wellness. In private practice, I offer sessions in Ayurvedic treatments, meditation and breathwork, and somatic coaching. También, hablo español y brindo servicios de masaje en español.

Jerica Sapp âœ§ LMT, CCA

I come to Somatic with a deep commitment to helping clients feel their best—whether they’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply seeking relaxation and stress relief. Since graduating in 2018, I have specialized in sports massage, stretching techniques, and deep tissue therapy to improve mobility, reduce tension, and enhance overall physical wellness.

Having always had a strong interest in fitness and movement, as well as experiencing injuries, I understand firsthand how vital it is to maintain mobility, prevent injury, and recover effectively. I'm a believer in the power of touch to heal and restore balance. When we are more in tune with our bodies, we’re able to manage stress more effectively and experience greater comfort within our lives. Through techniques like active stretching, trigger point therapy, and reflexology I guide clients to move more freely and mindfully, unlocking both physical relief and mental clarity. I also encourage breathing exercises and mindfulness practices to deepen relaxation, helping you feel grounded and centered throughout the session.

My goal is to create a safe, calming space where you can unwind, release built-up tension, and leave feeling more connected to your body and at peace in your mind. I’m continually learning and growing in my practice, and I’m passionate about using the latest techniques and insights to provide the best care possible.

Kelsea Falls tui na LMT massage therapist

Kelsea Delegato âœ§ LMT, CCA, & Billing Manager

I am the billing manager, but also use my time to treat patients as an LMT.

I graduated from Pacific University with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Integrated Physiology. I then went on to complete an 800 hour massage therapy program at East West College of the Healing Arts.

I specialize in medical billing and absolutely love it. With the world of insurance always evolving, I love learning all the new rules and tricks of the trade. I will put up a fierce fight with the pesky insurance companies, making sure they are paying your claims correctly.

My massage work is another passion which incorporates both bodywork and fitness. I use a variety of modalities including deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, tui na and trigger point work. I have a deep love for physical exercise and the benefits it provides to our bodies. I also offer customized exercise rehabilitation under the direction of the chiropractor.

When I am not working, you can find me doing anything outdoors. From hiking to paddle boarding to walking along the waterfront, I love exploring the beautiful PNW.
